MERCURY THIN CA GLUE

DESCRIPTION: Mercury M5T Instant is a very low viscosity cyanoacrylate and was developed for demanding high speed wicking applications. Excellent adhesion and cure speed on difficult to bond plastics and rubbers and contaminated or acidic surfaces.

APPLICATIONS: High performance wicking and bonding of close-fitting parts including: plastics, rubbers, metal, wood, leather, fabric and composites to themselves or in various combinations.

USEFUL HINTS/NOTES: Bond time is extremely fast, align parts prior to assembly. Also for locking parts that are pre-assembled.

MERCURY MEDIUM CA GLUE

DESCRIPTION: Mercury M300M Instant is a medium viscosity cyanoacrylate developed for demanding high speed wicking applications. Excellent adhesion and cure speed on difficult to bond plastics and rubbers and contaminated or acidic surfaces.

APPLICATIONS: High performance wicking and bonding of close-fitting parts including: plastics, rubbers, metal, wood, leather, fabric and composites to themselves or in various combinations.

MERCURY GAP FILLING (Thick) CA GLUE

DESCRIPTION: M1100G Instant is a thick Gap filling viscosity that bonds to a wide variety of materials including wood, paper, cardboard, leather, fabrics, etc. Bond times vary according to the substrates being bonded but are generally faster than normal super glues.

APPLICATIONS: Typical applications include wood trim on furniture, balsa wood bonding for hobbyists, leather accessories on shoes, fabric bows on shoes and lampshade bonding. Other features include versatile bonding of most elastomers, metals and plastics.

USEFUL HINTS/NOTES: On Elastomer bonding and some plastics, residues or release agents on surfaces should be removed by solvent wipe.
