Electronic checks (E-checks) take approximately 4 business days to clear and complete before your order will be shipped. Our Shopping cart uses Paypal to process your order. All orders and ordering information are processed on a HIGHLY SECURE site for your protection.
You MUST Have a CONFIRMED address for your order to be accepted.
To Ship to an address other than your confirmed address:
If you would like to send items to an address other than your confirmed address, you may email us to get prior approval. On All Unconfirmed address shipments we reserve the right to ship only to confirmed addresses.

Rates are for United States shipping by standard parcel post by USPS on small items or UPS Ground delivery on larger orders or items.
ARF and RTF Shipping is Between $7.95 thru $48.99 depending on the Plane Size!
Shipping by Priority, 2nd Day, Etc. is Extra, email your city, state and zip for a quote!
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories of Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands may be more for large orders or planes. Either Email us with your address for shipping amount before ordering or we will email you with the additional charges due before item is shipped.

Return Policy
All Sales are Final
If you receive a defective item:
please email and report as soon as possible, and the discrepancy must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product or no credit will be given. Item must be returned within 7 days of reporting the problem. All S/H fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a Damaged Package:
If a box looks damaged upon receipt, report it immediately to the delivery driver and contact your local FedEx, USPS or UPS (depending how package was shipped) office for further inspection/instruction. Follow all directions given and contact us within 7 days if damaged merchandise is being returned. This procedure must be followed or credit for damaged merchandise will not be given. All S/H fees are non-refundable.
No un-authorized returns will be accepted.
